We are Greg Schut, Sara Schut, and Kelly Greer — the team behind Copper Creek Construction, a Sioux Falls, South Dakota–based builder focused on custom homes, remodeling, and commercial construction. What began as a husband-and-wife business has grown into a strong partnership rooted in faith, family, and a shared commitment to quality craftsmanship. With decades of combined experience in residential building, development, and project management, we take pride in creating spaces that are built to last and designed for real life.
Greg’s passion for building started early and was shaped by 21 years of military service, bringing discipline and attention to detail into every project. Sara has been instrumental in building the client experience and day-to-day operations, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. With the addition of Kelly Greer, Copper Creek has expanded its capabilities into larger-scale residential, multi-family, and commercial projects across the Sioux Falls area—while staying grounded in the same values that built the company from day one.
